Liaison
Liaison meetings are held once a month with Building Reps from each building and the superintendent of Schools. If you should have any questions or concerns notify your Building Rep. Recaps of the meetings are emailed to all members.

Rep Council
These meetings are for all officers, association representatives, and committee chairs. They are held at the Arthur Rann School library at 4:00 pm. The scheduled meeting dates for the school year 2004-2005 are:

GTEA Meetings
These meetings are for all members. They are held at different schools which are determined by the Rep Council. The meetings are held at 4:00 pm . The Host school serves refreshments.

Spring Meeting - Location: TBA  Date: Tues. May 19, 2009

School Board  Meetings
The GTEA would like to encourage member attendance at Board Meetings. In an effort to do this, we would like as many members as possible to attend the following meetings. All meetings are held at the Galloway Township Middle School in the cafeteria at 7:00 pm. Board meeting dates are the 3rd (workshop) and 4th (regular) Mondays of each month. Due to holidays some meetings are on Wednesday. Dates are subject to change.
 
September - Kindergarten, assistants, food service - 9/8 & 9/22
October - 1st grade, Child Study Team, Main Office - 10/20 & 10/27
November -  2nd grade, Special Education Teachers & Assistants - 11/17 & 11/24
December - 3rd grade, Special Reading Areas - 12/17
January -  4th grade, Art, Music,. PE, GEM, ESL, Life Skills, Engineering Design - 1/12 & 1/26
February - 5th grade, Librarians, Guidance, Nurses - 2/9 & 2/23
March - Budget Meetings, all members are urged to attend - 3/16 & 3/23
April - 6th grade, Secretaries, Clerks - 4/20 & 4/27
May - 7th grade, World Languages, Maintenance - Dates TBA
June - 8th grade, Custodians - Dates TBA
